Virtual Play Date: I AM.... Teaching our kids affirmations

Are your little ones going STIR CRAZY!!??  Are they being affected by the current situation showing up to life with more questions and fears?  Regardless of why you are joining this free virtual play date, we are excited to help your young people's minds focus on HAPPINESS!!  

This will be a one hour Virtual Play Date where we teach your littles about the importance of how they speak to themselves, what they speak out loud and how that impacts their life - all in a fun and interactive environment.  

I AM HEALTHY!!      I AM SAFE!!      I AM STRONG!!     I AM CALM!!

We will encourage the kids to participate in a craft alongside our lesson so please be ready to be present for the meeting to help them.

This virtual playdate will be focusing on creating an affirmation mirror!!!  Before we meet, gather paper (construction paper, printer paper, envelopes.... whatever you can find) and crayons. markerts or pencils!!   We will be creating affirmation cut outs and mom and dad can help tape them to the bathroom mirrors!!!  

We will also be providing FREE Affirmation worksheets for them to continue to learn with!
